CANCELLATION &  NO SHOW POLICY

CANCELLING APPOINTMENTS 

When you book an appointment, you are holding a space in the schedule that is no longer available to other patients.

We understand that there may be times when you need to cancel your appointment, however giving as much notice as possible will allow another patient access to that appointment time. 

If you need to cancel your appointment, please give at least 12 hours notice. You can do this by replying to the appointment reminder text message you receive the day before your appointment. 

You can also cancel your appointment by directly emailing us at info@thejointmuscleco.com.au, texting/phoning the clinic number on 07 54 978 941 or 0418 883 792, or via the online booking portal you used to make the appointment. 

If you cancel or reschedule on the day of your appointment, The Joint & Muscle Co reserves the right to charge a $45 late cancellation fee. 

NO-SHOW/MISSED APPOINTMENT POLICY

If you don't show up for your appointment, we'll give you a call or text to make sure that everything is ok. 

When you miss an appointment without calling this can impact other patients and scheduling of the clinic, especially in peak times. 

If you don't show or you miss an appointment, The Joint & Muscle Co reserves the right to charge the full amount of your treatment fee.

ARRIVING LATE POLICY

Your standard appointments are 25 - 30 minutes. We understand that unanticipated events occasionally happen and you may be running late for your appointment. Please let us know as soon as possible via text or phone call. If you arrive late to your appointment your time will be shortened as this will impact other patients whose appointment times follow yours. Regardless of the length of the treatment, you will need to pay the full appointment fee.
